Equipment

  • 1 Large bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Zip-top bag
  • 1 Rolling Pin for crushing cookies
  • 6 Small cups or jars clear, for serving

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 package instant white chocolate pudding mix 3.4 oz; or cheesecake flavor
  • 1.5 cups whipped topping store-bought or homemade
  • 15 chocolate sandwich cookies finely crushed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Red and blue sprinkles optional, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract optional, for extra flavor

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk the cold milk and instant pudding mix for about 2 minutes. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Stir in the alcohol-free vanilla extract if using.
  • Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding until it’s smooth and light.
  • Place the chocolate sandwich cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them finely with a rolling pin. Set aside.
  • Spoon a layer of pudding mixture into small cups or jars. Add a layer of crushed cookies, followed by a layer of strawberries. Add another layer of pudding, sprinkle more cookie crumbs, and then top with blueberries. Repeat if using larger cups to create multiple layers.
  • Garnish with red and blue sprinkles if desired. Chill the dirt cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.

Notes

If you can’t find white chocolate or cheesecake pudding, vanilla instant pudding works well too. You can swap strawberries for raspberries, and blackberries for blueberries if you’d like a twist on the classic colors! Use clear cups to show off the colorful layers. For freshest results, add berries and sprinkles right before serving.
