Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 9x9 inch baking dish
  • 1 Electric Mixer

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla alcohol-free
  • 2 cups butter cookies or graham crackers crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Wash, peel, and slice the peaches. Toss them gently with a little lemon juice and a small spoonful of sugar, then set them aside so their juices start to develop.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and alcohol-free vanilla, then mix until creamy. Fold in the whipped cream until the filling looks light and fluffy.
  • Combine the crushed cookies or graham crackers with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of your dish to create an even layer, or sprinkle it on top if you prefer a softer dessert.
  • Spread the cream filling over the crust. Spoon the peaches evenly over the top, making sure every slice gets a little of that sweet juice.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the layers can set. Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best served chilled.
