Instructions
Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge each piece in flour or your chosen substitute.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt a little butter, then add the chicken pieces. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
