Ingredients
  

  • 30 oz sliced peaches in juice drained, or 3 cups fresh/frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Spread the drained peaches evenly in the prepared dish.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the batter over the peaches. Do not stir. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if using.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the top is set and golden with bubbling edges. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat individual servings in the microwave or re-warm in the oven for a crispier topping. You can use fresh, frozen, or canned peaches. For vegan or dairy-free, substitute the butter and milk.
