Equipment

  • 1 Blender or food processor
  • 1 Freezer-safe container

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen peaches fresh, peeled, and sliced peaches work too
  • 4 cup peaches frozen or fresh, peeled and sliced
  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup or agave
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice fresh or bottled

Instructions

  • Place frozen or fresh peach slices in your blender or food processor. Let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes so they are easier to blend.
  • Add honey and lemon juice. If you prefer a vegan option, use maple syrup or agave.
  • Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides down as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time.
  • Transfer the sorbet to a container and freeze for at least 1-2 hours for scoopable texture. For soft-serve, enjoy right away!

Notes

Store peach sorbet in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping to soften. Do not microwave; just let it gently thaw. For variations, add raspberries, mint leaves, or swap in other fruits like mango or strawberry.
